We build your website, store or software with your package. You take ownership. You use it as it is if you want. No retainer needed.
Decide when you are ready.
If you want ongoing help with updates, blog content, SEO or review management, pick the tier that matches your package. You can start on day one, in week four, or in year two. There is no deadline.
Cancel anytime.
Every retainer is month to month after a 3-month minimum. Give 30 days notice and you are out. You keep your data, your accounts and everything we built. That is the Ownership Guarantee.
What if I skip the retainer entirely?
Totally fine. About 30% of Opus clients skip the retainer and manage their site themselves. You still get:

- ✓The right to hire us again later for one-off work at 8,500 RWF an hour
There is no penalty for saying no. We just want you to know the option exists.
Can I try a retainer without a long commitment?
Yes. Every retainer has a 3-month minimum and is month to month after that. If it does not feel right, cancel with 30 days notice and take everything with you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrade when the business grows, downgrade if you need to. Tell us on WhatsApp and it takes effect the following month.
What if I only need help occasionally, not every month?
Then skip the retainer entirely and hire us at 8,500 RWF an hour when something comes up. No commitment and no monthly fee.
Are retainers auto-renewed?
After the 3-month minimum, yes, month by month until you cancel. It stays month to month. There is no annual lock-in at any point.
Can I start on Growth if I only bought Online in 7 Days?
Yes. You can pick any tier at or above the one matched to your package. If you bought Online in 7 Days and want the full Growth service, take it.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Nothing. It is yours, it stays yours, and it keeps running. Your domain, hosting, code and accounts are already in your name, and cancelling a retainer does not change that. That is the Ownership Guarantee.
Not sure whether a retainer is right for you?
No pressure. Retainers are for clients who want them. If you do not, we still love working with you.
