The Opus Triple Guarantee.
The three promises no other Rwandan agency will make in writing.
On time, or your money back.
Every Opus project has a fixed delivery date. Not an estimate. Not a we will try. A date written into your contract.
If we miss it, even by one day, you do not pay the balance. If you have already paid in full, we refund you.
We only take on as many projects as our team can deliver. We say no to more work than we say yes to. That is what makes the dates worth trusting.
12 months of free bug fixes.
Something breaks in the first 12 months? Any bug, any glitch, any code error on anything we built? We fix it.
No invoice. No back and forth about whose fault it was.
We write clean, tested code and we build it to last. If it breaks, that is on us, not on you.
You own everything, from day one.
Your domain, your code, your hosting account, your Google account, your MoMo integration keys. All in your name, all handed over on day one.
You can leave Opus any time and take everything with you. No lock-in. No hostage-taking. No we own your website.
We win business by being better, not by trapping people. If you leave for another agency, we know we did not deserve to keep you.
These three guarantees are on every Opus contract. In writing. Signed by us.
Not a marketing page. A clause in the document you sign before we take a franc.
What counts as late?
Every contract carries one delivery date, agreed before work starts and counted from the day your deposit clears. If we hand over after that date, the guarantee triggers. The only pause is time we spend waiting on you for logos, photos, content or approvals, and we log every one of those pauses in writing as it happens, so there is never an argument at the end.
Do I really get my money back?
Yes. If we are late you do not pay the balance, and if you have already paid in full we refund you to your MoMo account. It is written into the contract you sign, not a line on a marketing page.
What does the 12-month bug fix cover?
Anything we built that stops working the way it was specified. Broken forms, failing payments, layout errors, code faults, integrations that stop talking to each other. It does not cover new features you ask for later, or things that break because someone else edited the code.
What exactly do I own?
Your domain, your hosting account, your source code, your Google Business Profile, your Analytics and Search Console, your email, and your payment integration keys. All registered in your name from day one and handed over with a signed Handover Document.
What happens if I want to leave Opus?
You send one email and we remove ourselves as collaborators from every account. You keep everything. No exit fee, no held credentials, no period of notice.
Want to read the actual contract clause before you commit to anything? Ask and we will send it to you, unsigned, with no obligation.
